Play and Learn Groups provide
the opportunity for parents and children to interact with each other in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment. Children
learn to play, share, develop listening skills, communicate and build social skills. Early literacy is supported through
story and circle time. Parents/caregivers are able to share experiences, discuss challenges, develop relationships
and expand their support system. In our workshops, various
topics are presented by experienced facilitators. Free childcare (limited) is provided.
Family Events Community
social events are offered through our local libraries, with storytellers, musicians and entertainers. Click here for library information and their calendar of events. Join our Council! Council meetings are typically held
in the fall and spring, where BYFN parents and community members share ideas and help us decide where grant funds are best
